Project / Program management

With over three decades of hands-on experience, the owner brings a wealth of expertise in managing large, complex projects within global corporate enterprises. Interim management

It can be challenging when one of your managers becomes suddenly ill or decides to leave. We are used to managing global teams in more technical areas, such as SAP Basis, SAP Authorization, SAP Integration, or more generic Network, Workplace, or Infrastructure teams. When we temporarily fill an interim management position, we cover all aspects of IT management, including people and competence management, budgeting, and financial reporting. The pivotal role in interim management primarily focuses on executing change, supporting projects, and improving operations. If required, team transformation and cost-saving initiatives can be launched to successfully meet your target cost levels.
